Humble sits along US-59 and Beltway 8 in northeast Harris County, just south of George Bush Intercontinental Airport, a location that has turned the area into a logistics and light-industrial corridor. Generation Park, a 4,300-acre mixed-use development near the airport, has brought industrial, life-science and office tenants including Eli Lilly, IKEA and TechnipFMC into the immediate area, and each of those buildings needs warehouse-grade or static-control flooring. Humble Independent School District, one of the fastest-growing in Texas at over 48,000 students, is constantly building and renovating campuses, gyms and cafeterias that need durable commercial flooring too.
