Reputation
Public ratings and review volume across Google, Yelp, BBB, and social proof, weighted for recency and consistency.
Specialization
Depth in each floor system. A crew that lives in metallic pours ranks higher for metallic than a generalist.
Track record
Years in business, project volume, and proof of completed work in the local market.
Service range
How many of the six systems a company can deliver, and whether they handle residential, commercial, and industrial.
Credentials
Licensing, insurance, manufacturer certifications, and compliance such as ANSI/ESD S20.20 for static-control floors.
Independence
Rankings are editorial. Companies cannot buy a higher position. Placement reflects research, not payment.
